Morning Mist

Look and feel of the predator Pacific.

Wildlife artist-Francoise Nesse

During our trips on Vancouver Island in British Columbia I was charmed by the flight of the eagle Royal. This very uncommon species in Canada is present in the south of the island. The mountains of southwest are conducive to their nesting. In the morning, the fog will disperse with great difficulty. These environments are very characteristic of the Pacific coast. It is not uncommon to find in the middle of the island, lost in a thick fog. Lianas and mosses an impressive thickness grow here very quickly. The intense humidity in its almost Amazonian forests, reminds us that this part of the northern hemisphere rainfall is extremely heavy.
